What this software expects of the people using it. A practice’s contract for the service is a separate document and is not reproduced here.
Your account is yours
Accounts belong to a named person and are not shared. Every action is recorded against the account that took it, so a shared login makes the record meaningless and leaves the wrong person answerable for it.
Look at what you need to
Being able to open a record is not a reason to. Access is recorded and visible to the practice owner, and looking up someone you are not treating is a matter for the practice and, potentially, for the Information Commissioner.
What the software does not do
It does not book appointments, send messages to patients, provide clinical advice, or make decisions about care. Notes are what a clinician wrote; nothing here is generated or interpreted for them.
Losing access
The practice owner can end a member of staff’s sessions at any time. Changing your password ends every other session you have.
